Kim Lapensee - Administrator
Mrs. Lapensee grew up in Hanover Township and is a graduate of Ross High School and from the University of Cincinnati. Kim has dedicated her career to local government since 1989 and was recently appointed as the Township Administrator in January 2025. With a diverse background in public service, Mrs. Lapensee began her career in planning, zoning and economic development at Butler County. She later advanced to the role of Director of Regional Planning at Warren County, Assistant City Manager for the City of Madeira before serving as Township Administrator for two different Townships over the last 15 years. Throughout her career Kim has been actively involved in various boards and organizations. Most recently, Kim served as a board member of the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance and currently holds a position on the City of Hamilton/Fairfield Township Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) Board. In addition to her administrative role, Mrs. Lapensee was recently elected as Fiscal Officer of Madison Township. She has been a proud resident of Butler County for over 50 years and currently resides in Madison Township with her husband and two children. Chuck Goins - Assistant Administrator
Mr. Goins grew up in the City of Hamilton and graduated from Hamilton High School and from Miami University. Chuck has worked in local government since 2013 and has been with Fairfield Township since 2017. He currently serves as both the Zoning Administrator and the Assistant Township Administrator for Fairfield Township. He is a board member of the Fairfield Township Community Improvement Incorporation Board (CIC), the Lane Library Board of Trustees, and the City of Fairfield/Fairfield Township Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) Board. Chuck is married and has three very energetic children. His family has been residents of Fairfield Township since 2017. He enjoys being outdoors camping, hiking, canoeing, vacationing with his family, and training Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. Dianne French - Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to the Administrato
Mrs. French is a lifelong resident of Southwest Ohio, raised in Reading Ohio and graduated from Reading High School. Dianne has held Executive, Administrative, and Corporate Retail Employment throughout her career. As a 42 year Butler County resident, Dianne and her husband have worked in public service and ministries in Hamilton and Fairfield Township. Dianne has worked for Fairfield Township since 2016 and been a resident of Fairfield Township for 33 years. In her spare time Dianne enjoys spending time with her 6 grandchildren. Nick Armstrong - Zoning Inspector and Assistant to the Zoning Administrator
Mr. Armstrong is a graduate of Hamilton High School with a business degree from Miami University. He is a 42 year resident of Butler County and has worked for Fairfield Township as the Zoning Inspector for since 2020. Before Fairfield Township he worked in retail investigations for 18 years. Nick is married with one child. He serves as a Volunteer Firefighter and a Musician mostly playing at his church, Crossroads.
