Message from the Fire Chief:
On behalf of the Fairfield Township Fire Department, I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I hope the webpages will provide you with valuable information on the wide range of services our agency offers. Our personnel take great pride in serving the citizens, businesses, and visitors to Fairfield Township.
The Fairfield Township Fire Department is in Butler County, Ohio. The Fairfield Township Fire Department has a storied history of service dating back to 1947. We cover an area of 17.5 square miles protecting over 23,000 residents.
As a combination department we provide full-service response to the residents and visitors to our community. The Township is served by two fully operational firehouses strategically located to provide efficient response times to all residents and visitors of our community.
We are an all-hazards agency that responds to nearly 4,000 calls for service annually. We are also active with numerous specialized groups such as the Butler County Technical Rescue Team, Butler County Incident Management Team, Butler County Fire Investigation Team, as well as Ohio Task Force 1.
The Fairfield Township Fire Department operates a very active fire prevention bureau. Our fire prevention bureau is responsible for plan reviews, annual life safety inspections, and fire prevention education. In addition, this bureau oversees the Fire Corp program, a service that allows adults to volunteer their time on behalf of the fire department during public safety education events.
I am extremely humbled and honored to serve as your Fire Chief, along side so many dedicated and hardworking employees who strive to provide the best quality of life for our community.
I would like to thank you once again for visiting the Fairfield Township Fire Department website.
