A Public Hearing for Zoning Case FTZC24-3C brought before the Board of Trustees on June 18th at 7:00 PM. Applicant was Optimized Senior Living and request was for a Zone Change from A-1 to a B-PUD.

The request was officially approved.

Public Hearing Zoning Commission Board on Wednesday, July 17th at 7 p.m. Meeting to be held at the Administration Building 6032 Morris Road.
