2019 Spring Clean Up Day
Spring Clean up Day was held on Saturday, June 1st, from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Administration Building and Fire HQ on Morris Road. A perfect compliment to the recent Rock the Block, the day provided residents the opportunity to donate household items and dispose of debris and trash.
The Township filled 12 dumpsters with for yard waste, garbage, and debris. In addition 160 tires and two car loads of batteries were collected along with hundreds of gallons of latex paint for Matthew 25 Ministries. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati ReStore was on site and collected 3 U hauls of household items and construction material.
Residents and volunteers helped make Clean Up Day a success again this year. Jobs included planting flowers, trash pick up in the two Township parks, set up, lunch detail, and registration. Te many volunteers made the day more fun and productive!
Included below is a list of what was collected and communicated. Of most importance is the list of business sponsors who we thank for their generosity and support. The Township appreciates all who were involved and looks forward to a successful Clean Up Day in 2020!
